The phwen Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with the minimum age requirements set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
phwen reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a User is found to be under 21 years of age, phwen will immediately close the Account, void all wagers, and return any remaining deposited funds (excluding bonus funds) to the payment method used for deposit.
The phwen Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited may be blocked by phwen at its sole discretion. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local laws.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on phwen. The opening of multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent limits, abuse promotions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate Account exists in your name, contact phwen support immediately.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. phwen may require additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phwen login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
phwen will never contact you by any means to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phwen and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phwen support immediately.
You agree to notify phwen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phwen shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
phwen reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects that the Account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms.
phwen accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits made via e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay) are credited to the User's phwen Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or InstaPay are typically credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to the relevant financial institution's processing times. phwen is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests to e-wallet accounts linked to the registered phwen Account are processed within a target time of five (5) minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one (1) business day. All withdrawals are subject to phwen's identity verification and KYC requirements. phwen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
phwen is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). phwen reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any Account and report relevant transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law or where phwen suspects that the Account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phwen Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any phwen Platform content without phwen's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phwen and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phwen Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
phwen's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits phwen's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
phwen collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account on phwen, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phwen Privacy Policy.
phwen processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
phwen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phwen will provide notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with the Account. Continued use of the phwen Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination of these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
